I think jailing him is not a leason or prison can make him change his character,since the incident happened in a place of worship why can't the iman or the good muslim try and teach him the way of God and maybe he's jobless they should get him a job with this he will not steal anymore and will realy serve God with all his heart but sending him to prison is a foul
