Meek Mill recently cited Future as one of the most inspiring rappers in the game, so it’s not a huge surprise he showed up on Meek’s sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money. The collab become an instant fan favorite, and obviously holds a special place in Meek’s heart as well, as he’s wasted no time releasing the official video for the record.
Meek and Fewtch get the bando poppin’ as the feds tap their phonecalls and plan a raid. Naturally, the rappers manage to outsmart 12 and leave them looking foolish.
DWMTM is in stores now, and is looking at moving upwards of 200,000 copies this week.

Right in time for the Fourth of July weekend, DeJ Loaf has unveiled her latest single, Back Up, featuring Big Sean. Premiered by WJLB in both artist’s native Detroit, the iRock-produced single is the headliner’s third feature this week, following Shawty with Young Thug and Famous with IAMSU!. There is no word on the title or release date for Loaf’s forthcoming debut on Columbia Records, but with her increased output as of late it’s only a matter of time.

Meek Mill‘s Dreams Worth More Than Money dropped slightly ahead of schedule and with it came “R.I.C.O.” featuring none other than Drake. It was probably a coin flip between this and “All Eyes On You” feat. Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown for lead single but you know they wanted to push the Nicki-Meek narrative.This represents Drake’s second feature of the week, after he appeared on The Game’s “100.” “R.I.C.O.” utilizes a slow, creeping tempo that he is accustomed to, unlike Meek, who tends to ply his pedal-to-the-metal delivery on faster beats.

The game has been hinting at a sequel to his debut album, The Documentary, for some time, and with the album celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, it’s the perfect time to deliver on the promise. With the release of his new Drake-assisted single, “100,” it looks like Documentary 2 is set to become a reality.The Cardo and Johnny Juliano-produced record bears the influence of Drake and 40, with a buried vocal sample playing throughout, while Drizzy performs both a verse and the song’s low-key hook.
