A robbery trial was in progress and the accused, a well known criminal seemed to be getting away scot free due to a lack of concrete evidence.
As the victim was sworn in by the court clerk she shook with rage, undid her headtie, and adopted a "today na today" stance.
The defense lawyer strode majestically across the room to cross examine the victim puffed up by almost certain victory and asked, "What proof do you have that my client robbed you ?".
The woman on hearing that question put to her with so much smugness lost her temper and began to scream in court.
"What proof ?! It was him that robbed me" she said pointing at the accussed. "In this Owerri, broad daylight. This Onioshi, he robbed me on Okigwe road. That ugly face, those tribal marks and that ugly squint. I now have nightmares daily !!"
"Objection your honour !" screamed the defense lawyer on seeing the jury being swayed to the victim's side.
The judge take hammer nak table sotay but the woman no gree, she jus enta higher gear.
"Stupid thief. See as im moustache dey twitch for court your honour. Na so e twitch before e rob me. I bet say im papa get that kin moustache and na big thief where ever e dey ! Anyway not to you I blame, na that your mama wey come gree make your papa gi am dirty belle, na im I blame".
At this stage the thief could take the abuse no longer.
He jumped up and raised his hand cuffed wrists in the air crying "objection your hona, objection now now ! I think you see how women fit put person for trouble with them lie lie. How she come fit talk say my moustache dey twitch when I nak better mask on that day!. Nonsense and ingredients!
ladies you don't need gigantic furniture to occupied the space...as long as is done right..u will not even remember the size all u will say then will be thank you! with a big and damn thank you all day.......long
