what is going on in Nigeria? no more justice, since when did the police force turn to court or judiciary to declare an accused person innocent? which court did they charge  the case to? police should be reminded that they are to enforce law and protect the people (safety),not to judge any case. Obesere is supposed to still ,be under serious investigation and interrogation now. He even has the guts to talk, boast and even make a video. The system is corrupt, does it mean that people are no longer safe? what is going on in this country? God saves Nigeria. This is sad and scary.

In the west, the police can deside NOT to take the case to court if there is no realistic chance of conviction based on the evidence because it will be a waste of taxpayers money. so the police can say that the evidence is not credible if the test shows there was no molestation as well as the statements of the plantiff vs the accussed. the lady may not win in court because she waited for days before showing her molestation to the doctor. then the DNA evidence are all lost.
