Typical of Nigerian Politicians ,Owelle Rochas perhaps copying from Osita's template has decided to join the elites who are  Bicycle riders

The governor is violating. No crash helmet. What is he teaching people safety wise plus couldn't one of his aides tell him that? w Whether it's a publicity stunt or he's plain exercising, he should use the appropriate cycling gear.
