A Nigerian girl identified as Gift from Edo state, (pictured below), has been found dead one month after she gave an interview to PM News, about how she was trafficked to Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso for prostitution.

According to PM News, Gift had told them in January 2015 during an investigative report on Human trafficking that she and some girls had been lured to Ougadougou in April 2014 with the hope of getting a better life in Europe but in the end were made s3x slaves at the ‘Bar Dancing Petit Ouaga’, a brothel in Toudoubweogo village in Ouagadougou.

During the interview in January, Gift had expressed hope that once she has paid the traffickers their MONEY, she would be free to leave. Sadly she has died. They didn’t say how she died and when.
