Sometimes we shld let pple be. celebrity or no celebrity. I think if a fan or anybody approach anybody for a picture, it depend on how u do it and d person will definitely take some snaps wit u. It d celeb or person say no pls respect dat and don't pick offence and take so personal. Dats my own opinion
