BREAKING News: High Court Strikes Out President Buhari's Suit Against AIT Television

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday, struck out a defamation suit filed last year by President Buhari against DAAR Communications.

A defamation suit filed last year by President Muhammadu Buhari against DAAR Communications, owner of the African Independent Television (AIT), has been struck out on Wednesday by Justice John Tsoho of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, according to Punch.

on what grounds is it that the president chose to withdraw the suit or the strike out is just based on technicality.
