There is nothing wrong with a graduate doing this, however, it is unlikely that someone would go through all that stress and spend money on two Masters Degrees,just to end up in a mascot regalia.

Although, viewing from another angle, it is best said as doing what he knows how to do best. Irrespective of the degrees and certificates, this could be the easiest job he could get himself doing.
And besides it is better than doing nothing or waiting for the government to come set him up.
