Oyetola polled a total 283 votes to defeat Ademola Adekele, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who scored 15 votes. Gboyega Oyetola, the candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Osun State governorship election, has won the rerun in Ife South Local Government Area of the state. Thursday's rerun was a horse race between Oyetola and Adeleke in Ife South. The rerun election, held at Ward 007, Polling Unit 012 at Olode, in Adereti village, also witnessed "heavy vote buying and inducement of the voters" by paid agents of APC.

this is what apc is planing to do that was why they rerun the election pdp have won before, they will cause war one day in nigeria and i blame goodluck who handover power to them which they will never do same to pdp.
