Nigeria Has Surplus Medical Doctors, So It is Ok To Export - Labour Minister, Chris Ngige

Chris Ngige was on ChannelsTV this morning to grant an interview on the state of employment in the nation and some of the things he said has left many Nigerians livid, angry and astounded. The most obvious rancour happened when he was asked about the brain drain in the country and in the medical profession in particular to which Dr. Chris Ngige said Nigeria has surplus doctors (currently the country has 100,000 to 1 doctor ratio) and that it is OK for doctors to move to other countries because there are too many doctors in Nigeria.
He also mentioned quite a lot of ridiculous points like challenging the private sector to help the government in job creation because the issue of job creation is not a bane of the government alone. He then went on to blame the past government of 8 years ago for the current crisis that is befalling the country! This interview do not come as a shock as many Nigerians are aware that most government officials and ministers are very dumb and uneducated, they mostly attain the position through money they have stolen when they previously held some sort of government office in the past.
