Human rights activist, Harrison Gwamnishu has accused the Delta State Commissioner of Police of scolding him for complaining about his men's poor behaviour.
He said he made a post complaining that Delta state police extort and harrass Nigerians. And the CP allegedly took offense at this.
Gwamnishu, who is the D.G of Behind Bars Initiative, tweeted:
This morning, I wrote on facebook calling the attention of Delta CP over thousands of complaints against his men who are out to extort, harrass vulnerable Nigerians. Behold he called me an hour ago and was mad at me.
He added: "There is nothing this man did not call me. But something caught my attention.. He asked me.. "WHAT'S UR QUALIFICATIONS?" DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE BEFORE I SPEAK? NO! He said..."Young man, You are arrogant".
