Nollywood actress Regina Daniels (22years old) is now traditionally the wife of 59 year old Senator Ned Nwoko and on Tuesday May 28,2019,she showed off her traditional Marriage certificate and proudly so.....

Please I need clarification; does our constitution give marriage certificates for traditional weddings?
I know it recognizes traditional wedding but has it started issuing certificates?
