this only tells us that since civilian took over from the military, the military have been sleeping wasting tax payers money in the barrack doing nothing no trainings no improvements in order to be aBosom  with modern security challenges and threats.
Thank God BH is not external force else nigeria would have been history..........them say person way wan do birthday no be the day of him party him go start to invite people. another provers says '' you prepare for war in the time of peace''
