THE underground moves by some political gladiators in Niger State to outdo one another in the bid to succeed the incumbent Governor Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu come 2015, may have taken a new dimension, as Mohammed Babangida, the first son of the former military President, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, has said that he would consider it an honour, if his people ask him to come and contribute positively to the development of his community in whatever capacity.

“There is only one 2015 and I think they are all milestones in the journey of life. But for me, generally, it is an honour for even my name to come up in any forum that I can contribute positively to the development of my community, my state and the country. I would gladly do so.”

He stated this in an interactive session with newsmen at a two-day sensitisation workshop held at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International Conference Centre, organised by the National Youth Service Corps, North Central Area Office, Minna.

At the workshop with the theme: Safety, Security and Welfare of Corps members, the Captain, Nigeria National Polo team, however, stated that he has not taken any decision, highlighting that he was just going with the flow of events to see where the year 2015 will take everyone

“Right now, I have not taken any decision as I am just going with the flow to see where it takes us,” he stated.
