the man was a heartless human being,not matter what ever the child did to him,the punishment was too much for the little boy,he deserve to be punished,but in the other hand the boy should be warned seriously,cos children of these days are not human being.they behave like animal.but before any law should be taken,we must hear from the father,cos i don't believe these story.
