The Head of Civil Service of the Federation at the Federal Secretariat was besieged with a crowd of angry Pensioners demanding for payment of monthly pension.

They complained of neglect from the government, short payments, no payments at all and not been properly enrolled in the payment system.

may God help this country. the pension that Rivers State HA quickly passed into law for former/ present Governors claiming that as an "appreciation" is it not thesame thng  our mothers and fathers are aso legitemately seeking for?
