It is just so sad that these BH guys attack any place at will. considering the fact that there is so much negligence on the part of the govt to improve most of our institutions, it should not even be a surprise. If we check critically, most of the prisons in Nigeria where built only God knows when. These structures can hardly withstand hits from light weapons, so we should not have the feeling that our prisons are very secured and untouchable. If only we know what standards prisons are built to in the wes, then it would be so glaring that what we call prisons are n prisons but rather glorified boarding houses.
