I wonder who this people think they are complaining to, is it the stupid government that does not care about any one?

I don't think the Government should be blamed for every thing rather we should also take part of the blames when we have all refused to disposals our rubbish properly there by causing blockages all around the water ways causing flood.I think we should be more civilized.

It's all too familiar, here in my own country Guyana S.A.  we face the same problem in certain parts of the country after a few hours of rain, so u can imagine what happens after a whole night, Government just promising to take care of the cause of the problem, year go, year com, when the rain falls same problem, like this very moment that i'm writing this, the rain is pouring from since last night unto now n som school yards r flooded, the kids have to take off their socks n shoes to get into the building, some homes that have ground floors r flooded out just like in the video,  but i thank God i don't have to experience it.
