How do u overcome shyness around girls?

Hi.can somebody tell me how to be confident around girls.am kind of suffering from shyness syndrome

i tink u need a gurl that would help u overcome it. bein shy aint no crime...u r destined to b. so there is nothing any gurl can do to take it away but help enjoy n appreciate who u r. JUST B BOLD.
