you brought in someone that can't understand english as a chief security,to do what? how did he attend to his /her customers complaint. the fact is that the hotel suppose to pay for that car,cos i don't see any reason that some one will pack his /her car under your custody and you start telling him/her a story.i know that all this hotel that you will summit your car key after packing or they will give you card number to show that you pack a car here,so why should you at last tell her that the car was missing, if she pack outside the compound that should be a different story,but as for inside the compound THAT IS A STORY.the whole security must do something about that,especially the chinese
