I t is just plain difficult to tell your partner the have disturbing mouth odour especially when you dont know the cause of it.If you are aware the person does not smoke, eat garlic or stuff like that and yet the have it, then it becomes truly hard to confront them. my advice on this is thst you could arrange a dental appointment with a DENTIST and ask your partner to accompany you and in so doing get him/her to see the DENTIST as well. The DENTIST will look into your mouth and ind out what could be the cause and recommend a treatment which you will gleefully agree to. YOU SMILE HOME TOGETHER.
Also you can tell the folk that you really would want a dental check up as a routine health practice for both of you. DENTAL DECAY <BLEEDIG GUMS<FURRY TONGUE<ETC can all result in serious bad breath. The DENTIST has the solutions. Do you know if you have a bad breath? Talk to people and see how they cringe backwards or wringe theirs noses!!! Test: put saliva on your back palm.leave it to dry and smell there.WHAT DID YOU NOTICE? : Wink Enjoy!!!

nobodyanna talk abt mouth odor becos its so sensitive.but the truth is that the earlier one discovers it and gets themselves treated the better. a lot of young job applicant/seekers have been turned down as aresult of their terribly bad breath and poor oral hygiene.Just imagine interviewing a guy and then this offending odor oozes out. What are you gonna do? terminate the interview ,sheekena!  Or a guy tries to woo a lady and she scrams off becos your mouth is oozing gutter stuff!

I like the solutions presented by the OP.
Bad breath is a symptom, isn't it?
A sign something's not right.
Better to get it looked at.

Me and my husband are like a best friends. We can always tell each other's problem. So anything I want to say is not hard for me to do.
