['Nollywood' refers to both the industry itself and the movies they produce.]

What do u hate or love about Nollywood?
What could be better?

I love that most of the movies leave intimate details to the imagination rather than graphically portraying everything as is the rule in American made movies.  Since my discovery of them I have very little interest in most Hollywood films.

But i've noticed that in Nollywood films, actors say the message the film offers among their lines, and they make it soo apparent. I reckon this is quite offensive (personally i guess), bcos that's our role as audiences...we're s'pposed to gather the message/s highlighted by d film ourselves. D actors are jst s'pposed to present us with a situation and a way out, not NARRATE to us the moral story behind it. They shudn't have to point it out to us lyk we're dummies...

There are sum instances where d actor looks directly into d camera at audience to narrate d point of d story at d end..which usually starts with.."This is a lesson for..bla bla bla"...This instance is ok. But d rest isn't!! It l
ooks soo obvious and intentional.

Unlike Hollywood ofcos.
