you see, never in history that country will improve because of the evil´s mind people in that country, which their tap roots began from the part of some useless politician and politics in that country,in an organised country were people do or respect laws this kind of inhuman behavior can never happen,if by intentional or unintentional hit other vehicle, just as this very case, what to do is to apply the laws of the road role to make the settlement amicably, whether  soldier or even governor has not right to beat someone because someone hit his vehicle, Nigeria is a state of now almost lawlessness or having no money you are guilty even when you are not,but equity suffer a wrong to be without a remedy or prevails, but in Nigeria casa money brings prevailing,....well may his soul rest in peace, pity to Nigerian.

When contacted on the phone, the spokesperson for the 81 Division of the Nigerian Army, Lt. Col. Kayode Ogunsanya, said he was not aware of the incident.

“I am not aware of it. I would have to contact the Special Investigation Bureau of the Nigerian Army to get the details of the incident,” he said. The spoke person is not always aware of any of their bad and evil doing.God will judge[/color]
