Nigeria Police has not yet known how to arrest someone who committed a crime or a suspect.

1. You cannot arrest someone merely for ordinary argument, no matter the kind of venom they pour from their mouth. (If police were at the scene, his/her duty is to separate them, and to make peace). Again, the police will not leave the premises until he/she restore peace and order also till everyone departed.
2. It is the duty for Policewomen to arrest women for crime that engaged in violence and other crimes NOT argument.
3. Policemen supposed to arrest men ONLY.
4. Police should not beat any individual during the arrest except the person open a fight against the police.
5. Police does not suppose to arrest someone without evidence. Physical evidence such as; photograph or voice recording which the suspect cannot deny and
6. Police suppose to go with cameras and other surveillance to get evidence of what they'll use to make report which will help them in keeping records.

I hope they'll read this to enable them to make some amendments in their bylaw.
