We basically don't have equipments that support forensics... I guess that's a contribution to be the delay. If that corpse is buried without proper forensics documented these hoodlums and their lawyer will turn this case around and the police will loose out on all their efforts.

@ poster, what an inflammatory headlines - police seize cynthia's corpse? When has the police station become a mortuary to keep corpse? Most likely there was a police order at the mortuary not to release the corpse without police consent as is usual in a murder case where investigations are on-going. The deceased's family should have liaised with the police before setting burial date. RIP
