Keeping a small weight is one of the biggest priorities of ladies and more specifically female celebrities, Nadia Buari is not exactly a big, fat or obsessed lady; but she thinks she just needs to look tinier, slimmer and more portable. Nadia Buari went on a regime to lost 10KG and how she did it?Huh? HUNGER STRIKE!!!! her secret was:
just change of meals now, more fruits and veggies(greens)…low carb meals and lots of water! Yoga
