2013 Budget. You don't see anything there that shows money for Good roads, Good schools, drainage systems, Good jobs, Better hospitals, Electricity, Security, Running water, Infrastructure, etc. Instead their Budget is on fuel and food for themselves. What a big waste of Naija's money
