Gospel singer, Yinka Ayefele will today commission his new hotel ‘Down Town Hotel’ in his home town, Ibadan. The hotel is another addition to the numerous properties owned by the popular musician who continues to increase his real estate investments. The ‘Down Town Hotel’, sources say will provide employment for a good number of people in the community.
This opening is however coming as a surprise, as Ayefele is currently battling with the Oyo State government to save one of his properties also situated in Ibadan, which has been marked for demolition, as it is alleged to be affecting plans for the construction of an 8-lane free way.
Do you think it's right for someone testifying and proclaiming about the coming of the Lord to open an hotel?

There is nothing wrong with building an hotel to serve the community and get people employed. The problem is with the guests,on how they are making use of it.People come for annual conventions and lodge in an hotel, and people come for various reason for accommondation.
