But it's better to waste it on just an ordinary birthday celebration bcos he's one of the past leaders(i mean rulers)that achieved nothing for his people.u're a big FOOL. And for all the governors and the people that brought such idea,a big SHAME on u people,this is the best way to move the society and poor masses under u forward.look at flood victims,how much did u people raise to relieve their situation?Nigerian politicians really have a very very long way to go
