10 days after his death, the remains of late actor Enebeli Elebuwa are expected to arrive in Nigeria from India yesterday afternoon. (Saturday, December 15, 2012).
From the never-before-seen documents exclusively gathered by Nigerian Entertainment Today, we can tell you the actor was officially admitted into the Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, India on October 17, 2o12, aided by his brother-in-law Azuka Adoh, 35, who flew with him. Our reporters obtained full travel documents, as well as scanned copies of the data pages of Elebuwa and Adoh’s international passports.
NET also has the postmortem report, which shows there was no sign of foul play.
The post mortem mentions Multiple Sclerosis and Hypertension as symptoms noticed before death.
Elebuwa, 66, died on December 5, after a sickness that incapacitated him for more than a year.
His body was immediately approved to return to Nigeria as soon as the body was embalmed at the Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi.
Details on his international passport show that the veteran actor was born on February 14, 1946, in Utagba-Uno, Delta State.
The deceased’s corpse is expected arrive in Lagos shortly.
