Nigerian state outlaws cruelty to chickens, ducks (Page 2)

The law should be applied to both, why should animals suffer before they get eaten? For people to think it's normal to abuse an animal without killing it, you obviously are not civil.

Good one, Jigawa state. It's simply cruel how people maltreat animals. I hope this law will spread to all parts of the country. But try protect the humans too from human harassment.
