man you can blame naija government for corruption, blame them for every damn thing that happens, i have nothing againstthat,, but have it at the back of your mind that such accident or incidents happen in developed world as well,, or where did bp oil catastrophy happen,??ßß was is not in the states???or concordia ship wreck in italy??ß so enough factory explosion in western world as well, even as they have necessary safety requirements, precautions and rescue teams in place,,, it still happens out there,, so only God is perfect no man is,,, so please dont throw naija under the train everytime such stuff happens
