Nkiru Sylvanus,  the special assistant to Governor  Okorocha of imo state on Public Affairs, last December abduction for which the state government reportedly paid a ransom of N8 million to secure her release, may have been an insider job.
Nigerian News .Com.Ng  reliably gathered that Mr. Jerry Okosun, director-general, Youths and Students Affairs to Governor Okorocha is currently being detained by the Imo State Police Command over his alleged involvement in the kidnap of Nkiru Sylvanus
Jerry, who is the son of the late legendary musician, Sunny Okosun and had facilitated the negotiation between the kidnappers and Miss Slyvanus’ family was said to have been implicated by text massages allegedly exchanged between him and the abductors, who collected N8 million as ransom from the Sylvanus family.
