This verdict seems right and obviously is, and a befitting one for that matter, but I am not impressed. If it were the registrar, vice chancellor or the provost of that institution that had committed this crime, he would not have been brought to book. The poor devil is only feeling the weight of a partial, bias and malfunctioning judicial system. Are there no worse crimes in ABUJA and at the corridors of power that have been blatantly swept under the carpet? RIP poor gal.

What penalty are we giving to those that has bled our country dry of our commonwealth? This man killed one person and he rightly deserve nothing less but corruption has killed so many in our country and has forced some to contemplate suicide. Our justice should cut across board. God save Nigeria.

Nobody has d right to kill both d court n lay man ... Dy could hv given him jail term so dat he will be able to repent cos our God is a merciful God dat gives us longer spoon to repent...
