No. Not always. Ppl like these children who live poor lives will make good presidents because they've seen it all? No. Look at GEJ before he was president he wasn't rich. He was just like any low-class Nigerian, was wearing old clothes and shoes. Now the same GEJ is living a luxurious life even though he's seen it all and he throws money around uselessly. Majority of Nigerian presidents/govt were low-classed. They didn't have silverspoon in their mouth. The same once low-class ppl who entered politics are throwing money around uselessly. Look at the president of Equitorial Guinea (Obiang and his son). Before he became president he was just as poor as majority of the ppl in his country living in poverty (one of the poorest countries in the world) and ever since he entered office he and his son has stolen all the country's wealth becoming filthy rich. Buying mansions abroad and etc. Majority of African presidents started poor. Being president to most of them is a way to get quick money and become rich.
