True talk! some pastors do that. The bible is the bible. As long as youre reading it, it really don't matter if its in electronic or book form. But the pastor kinda have a point. The reason for ppl bringing those tehnologies to church varies. Ppl use their iphones, ipads at church for different reasons. Some rather use it cuz its easier & faster to get to the bible verse, and you can take notes easier. Some may not use it for bible purposes, they instead go on social media or text and stuff. Some may do both by switching from bible to internet/texting. Some take it to church to "show off". There's nothing really major in using it at church but it can be very "distracting" to you and others

i think its wrong for him to do that, as the bible has been reproduced based on prevalent technology. Remember the bible as we know it today is not the original form as it was written in scrolls.
