Top Muslim body, Jamaatu Nasril Islam, Friday, dismissed mounting opposition to the planned amnesty for Boko Haram, particularly that from the Christian Association of Nigeria, which the group dismissed as “selfish” and "confusing".

The group, led by the Sultan of Sokoto, Saad Abubakar, urged the federal government at a press conference in Kaduna to ignore those bent on “distracting it from pursuing the path of peace and reconciliation”.http://spammer.blogspot.com/2013/04/umbrella-muslim-group-calls-cans.html
