really? Point of correction my friend from Ghana came here to give birth, she had her baby feb 
march she applied for the baby's passport, and right now it's almost ready.

They knw Nigerians have money that's why they raised such medical bills. Abi which kind baby person dey deliver for $60,000? Do any of their citizens pay a percentage of that amount to deliver a child? Yeye
