jonathan, jonathan, u are going too far with this helicopter project which is likely to be a flop. if auditing and fulfilments and clean customs and taxation including well data operared car/motor / road taxation is honestly done u can have a clean security.  as at the moment i dont think nija get proper data base for all the cars in the country.  proper data base but workable collation of all the GSM phones, owners and users.  E quip the police with far more reasonable thumb print equipment and mobile security cameras mounted on their vehicles since we dont have electricity.  But when you do not tackle electricity, a cheap techn, i wonder ow you can manage helicops.  rotimi amaechi aeroplane funny stories woul let you know how good we can fly. lets  smoothen the ground roads first.

All state command with helicopters ? Jonathan pls think of landing position ooo, cos some go land at checking point, market, on top of zinc, etc .  Na writer two  go drive?
