Why 2 employees only charged? Were they the ones that created the formula? Why is the employer not charged for mass murder? What would stop him from opening another factory? Is this supposed to serve as a deterrent?  When the Chinese baby formula company did the same China wasted no time in sentencing the owners to death.

Where the hell is the justice for the dead kids, they killed 80 kids and got 7years? I am shocked

I do not understand - they had been selling the medication since 2008 and the government believes that only 80 children lost their lives?  From 2008 up until now is 5 years!

Where was NAFDAC when such deaths were first reported?

I expect the whole world believes that more than 80 children lost their lives. However poor background checks (if any) by doctors (if reported by parents) is not unusual in Nigeria!
And as is normal for the Nigeria police you won't see them going out of thier way to investigate such reports.  It's a pity such a thing continues to happen. This is not the first case of massive poisoning.  Some years back it was maize killing people.

The authorities really have to get their act together in Nigeria and start to better the circumstances of their people.
