Oh please, what stops her from going to work without make-up and with baggy clothes if she doesn't like the attention she gets from her male colleagues? There are many measures she could take to avoid the unwanted attention and so I'm gonna say that she's probably just lazy. She doesn't have to dress in tight or revealing clothes, and she doesn't have to wear make-up, so if she's really serious about having a job, she could take simple measures like what I just mentioned in order to avoid male attention.
