The story d police officer gave has some element of untruthfully in it..I don't think d guy was an arm robber,is also wrong for uniben vc to deny d guy student ship.

Fellow brethren, we should not always blame police 4 every incident because who knows if the guy was on assassination mission and God use the police man to save the life of the innocent fellow.
