Read through the post again, she was referring to a previous relationship. Afterall, the guy is young, how much seriousness can she possibly get from a 21 years old boyy? She said all the guy cares about is clubbing and women, what does she expect from a 21 years old boy? Baby-sit for her? What kind of life did she live when she was 21, huh? After turning deceiving, jilting and  away matured and serious minded men, now she's forcing herself on a small boy and commits sucide. I'll say she has a better reason why she did it, maybe the abortion affected her womb and she' can't stand the shame of it reaching the public.
