A security man at the institution was also arrested for molesting the victim afterwards when he was supposed to help her.
Adding salt to injury, the suspected cult members also stole her phone and N5,000.00.
According to the victim’s report, on Wednesday, the suspects stormed her room, tied her up and took turn to rape her.
Ekiti State Police Command in Ado Ekiti have identified the four suspected rapists as Kunle Aralepo 20, Oluwaseun Akomolafe, 23, who are ND II students of Business Administration and Kehinde Adeyemi and Ayo Olomola, who are on the run.
The victim, an ND 1 student of the polytechnic, said that one of the boys had asked her out on a date before and she refused.
According to reports, she also accused one of the security men in the polytechnic, Seyi Adanbioje, of molesting her the same day at his residence after the Chief Security Officer of the school directed him to take her to police station to make an official report of the rape case.
She said the security man took her to his house after they left the station, and also forcefully had sex with her but he denied it.
“She could not sleep alone because she was afraid that those who had earlier raped her might come back again,” Adanbioje said.
