What is wrong with? He should be honest and let us know. To be ill is not a sin. Is he diabetic? Is he going into kidney failure - these are two common ailments in Africans that are diagnosed late.

Sorry but just providing a banks acct number does not do it for me!

Be more open. Help often comes from the least expected source - but you have to  be open!
