this is tragic,  heartbreaking, may her soul rest in peace, and may God console her family, ,, there are thousands of question a patient should be asked before being placed on anaesthetic, and when the patient isnt coming back to life at the expected time, there are still medications that could be administered to reverse the effect of the anaesthetic, and rescue the situation,, only God knows what went wrong,,but with those our hospital labourrooms that look like slaughter slabs,, one should actually think twice before coming under knives in those places,,, if one actually has the means to get it done somewhere better

may her soul rest in peace, some of our hospitals and Dr's need to kno that individual body system differs so there are people you should not put into sleep for operation to be carried out on them, such need to be awake but are giving injection not to feel pains.
