 What is happening to our word today? There are too many stories of violent abuse on children by adults and parents everyday around the world, and this actually made me cry.
An eight month old boy, Xiao Bao, was stabbed 90 times by his biological mother for biting her while she was Bosom feeding him.
The incident happened in Xuzhou, eastern China's Jiangsu province. He was rescued by one of his uncles who discovered him lying in a pool of blood in the yard of their home where the infant lives with his mother and two uncles, and he was rushed to the hospital. Though he was saved but with more than 100 stitches.
It's alleged that neighbours of the mother have pleaded with the local government to take the child away, but they said they will not, because there was no confirmation that the mother was suffering from a mental illness and the baby have two other guardians who are his uncles. What a pity!
