I have just seen these pictures and recorded videos.  It is difficult to understand how this could happen in a Lawmaking environment but then I can only think of three reasons,  Firstly, loyalty and interest of the state - Those fighting are seeking a change, presumably in the interest of the state or their own personal interest.  In the alternative there is more to it than recorded, viz, power behind the trouble makers who are expected to be law makers!.  Secondly serious lack of Security.  It is almost inconceivable that such trouble makers (at that level) could break into House of Parliament in the United Kingdom without being stopped ( I am not saying it has never happened but not at that scale).  No security system is perfect!.  The third element is abject corruption and or disregard for authority.  In any event it is not the best practice and those responsible should and must be prosecuted and an independent inquiry be set up by the President.  It should also be made into the Nigeria Law that anyone breaking into House of Assembly/Representative and bringing the house/s into disrepute is guilty of Felony and should be imprisoned for life with a minimum tariff of 25 years and such person should be banned from ever participating in Nigeria Politics.  We cannot project these sort of image to the rest of the world.  I should also have a word with those recording the incident and give them the final warning that if such images are ever recorded or shown again either in Nigeria or anywhere else in the world.
