You are a pastor, called ONLY to teach God's Word, not to control and order people around. Who do you think you are? You are not God. God himself doesn't try to control us, who the heck do you think you are? No slave is greater than his master, therefore you are obviously not greater than God, so I see no reason why you think you have the right to control your CHurch members.God wants the heart of His followers; He wants those who will WILLINGLY choose to love, obey and follow Him. He doesn't want robots that are bent on performance. Our performance cannot and should not be based on our efforts; it should be through the Holy Spirit.
